Features and application
The line is mainly used for producing pipe material whose raw material is mainly PPR resin. It also is suitable for producing pipe material of PP, PPB, PPC, PE resin.
l 1. It has applied strong compact decelerator box, block type separation screw, channeled cylinders, basket type extruding mould, etc. It provides strong guarantee for users to produce high quality plastic pipe material.
l 2. Man-machine interface operation, high automation. The production line adopts the high efficiency spiral pole extruding machine made by our company. It has the characters of high-speed extruding and high efficiency plasticized
l 3. Vacuum shaping, control in uniform temperature, getting rid of stress of pipe material.
