Characteristics:
1. The production line was designed using high density polythene (PE) as its main    material.The rectangular pipes are extruded by an extruder and then enter into the twine forming machine. At the same time, the second extruder sprays the rubber and then squeezes to return it.

2. Its outside wall is neat and smooth. This line outputs pipes in specifications ranging in
diameters of 400 to 2,200mm.  

3. According to different applications, the hardness degree of ring is divided into four grades and the maximum hardness of 16kN/sqm.

4. Suitable for the acidic alkali liquid below 10%. These kind of pipes have many great characteristics such as, corrosion resistance, light, easy to fix and long service
life of 50 years. These pipes can substitute pipes made of high consumption material
like cement, cast iron, porcelain and ceramic. They are widely used for sewers,
bridges, building, sports fields, mines and farms.
